Singapore Exchange along with NASDAQ OMX Group will be offering services to enhance corporate activities for listed companies in Asia, starting with Southeast Asia and India.
The SGX-NASDAQ OMX suite of tailored tools and solutions provide companies with market intelligence, communication tools and governance solutions, SGX and NASDAQ said in a joint statement today.
The suite would allow access to important investor relations websites built to improve shareholders’ communication and GlobeNewswire press release distribution network to effectively disseminate corporate announcements and advertising opportunities through the NASDAQ OMX MarketSite in New York, SGX said.
SGX would also offer competitive market intelligence to assist companies in monitoring their stock performance, peers’ performance and industry developments by using powerful analytic tools and solutions.
Listed companies could also use a secure portal to better manage board information and documents, it said.
