Snowman Logistics has fixed April 28 as the effective date for allotment of 15,000 equity shares of ₹10 each to employees under the Snowman ESOP Scheme 2012 - 2nd Grant (exercise price - ₹10.60 each). For the allotment of 32,000 equity shares of ₹10 each under the ESOP Scheme 2012 - 4th Grant (exercise price - ₹18.30 each), the effective date is April 30. The allotment of 3.37 lakh equity shares of ₹10 each under ESOP Scheme 2012 - 1st Grant (exercise price - ₹10.60 each) will have the effective date as May 1. Shares of Snowman Logistics edged down 0.6 per cent at ₹86.50 on the NSE.
