Sonata Software North America, Inc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonata Software , holds 60 per cent equity in Rezopia, Inc. Shareholders of the former have entered into a definitive agreement with shareholders of the latter to acquire the remaining 40 per cent stake. Consequent to acquisition of the entire share capital, Rezopia, Inc, will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sonata Software. Rezopia is a cloud-based end-to-end travel reservations, contracts, operations and distribution management platform for travel providers. It is a popular travel platform for travel, rail, tour operators and online travel companies. The stock of Sonata Software slipped 2.28 per cent at ₹298.15 on the NSE.
