Shares of South Indian Bank fell as much as 5.9 per cent to Rs 14.35, marking their biggest intra-day per cent loss in over three months
The bank posted a 38 per cent plunge in March-quarter profit to Rs 7051 lac on Thursday.
Its provisions, including for bad loans, were up by 50 per cent to Rs 219 crore.
