The rights issue of Sun Pharma’s subsidiary Sun Pharma Advanced Research Co (SPARC) will begin on Monday.
The company plans to issue up to 1.02 crore equity shares for cash at ₹245 a share.
Eligible shareholders as of record date (March 17) can subscribe to the issue in the ratio of five shares for every 116 shares held. As of December 2015, 85,793 small investors held 12.24 per cent and 15 HNIs 6.19 per cent stake in the firm.
