Coal India was broadly firm on the markets on Friday morning. At 11.10 am it led the pack on the NSE as well, trading at Rs 407.50, up 4.88 per cent on its overnight close at Rs 388.55.
Sun Pharmaceuticals was also on a firm wicket, notching up gains of 2.82 per cent at Rs 855. The share closed Thursday’s session at Rs 831.55.
Idea Cellular surged 2.39 per cent at Rs 178.15 as against Rs 174 at close last evening.
GAIL (India) sailed up 2.11 per cent at Rs 382.05. The share finished the previous session at Rs 374.15.
NMDC rode up 1.92 per cent to trade at Rs 119.60 as against Rs 117.35 at close yesterday.
