The board of Supreme Infrastructure India will meet on Saturday to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30. For the June quarter, it had posted a loss of ₹500.96 crore on revenues of ₹158.6 crore. Also on Saturday, the board of directors of Commercial Engineers & Body Builders Company will meet to consider a fund-raising proposal through an issue of equity and/or preference shares. Investors will monitor the issue size and the mode.
