Harsha Ramdas Bhatkal, promoter of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness , has pledged 2.75 lakh shares of the company, representing 0.89 per cent of the total shareholding in the company, on July 6, with Anand Rathi Global Finance. Following this, the total number of pledged shares by Harsha Ramdas stands at 7.75 lakh shares or 2.50 per cent of the total shareholding in the company. Currently, Harsha Ramdas holds 18.60 lakh shares (or 6 per cent of the total equity). Shares of Talwalkars Better Value Fitness slipped 2.75 per cent at ₹47.70 on the BSE.
