Tata Coffee has informed the BSE that the company has fixed January 27 as the record date for the purpose of sub-division of its equity shares from the face value of ₹10 a share to ₹1 a share. Tata Coffee shares ended marginally higher at ₹949.90 on the BSE on Tuesday.
