The board of directors of Techno Electric & Engineering Company will meet on Friday to take on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016. The board may also consider buy back of equity shares, the company said. Quantum of shares, price and the mode of buyback will be closely monitored by investors. Analysts will also watch the financial performance.
