Thirumalai Chemicals has, under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, informed the exchanges that the chemical-maker’s Chief Financial Officer P. Krishnamoorthy has resigned from the company. He will be relieved of his duties as on May 31, 2018. The stock of Thirumalai Chemicals closed at ₹1,672.70, up 1.13 per cent over its previous close on the BSE.
