The board of Transwarranty Finance on Thursday approved acquisition of 100 per cent equity shares of Transwarranty Capital Market Services Pvt Ltd. The board also noted the decision of the board of directors of its subsidiary — Vertex Securities — to call for an AGM of shareholders of VSL to consider a preferential allotment of shares to the shareholders of Sharewealth Securities against swap of shares of Sharewealth Securities. Shares of Transwarranty Finance slipped 1.06 per cent at ₹9.30 on the NSE.
