TRF is seeking shareholders’ approval for the sale of the entire stake held by the company's subsidiaries TRF Singapore Pte Ltd and TRF Holdings Pte Ltd in York Transport Equipment (Asia) Pte Ltd (a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary). TRF will also seek shareholders’ approval for a proposal of related-party transactions with Tata Steel. The company proposes to provide sales and services worth ₹255 crore to Tata Steel. Shares of TRF closed 0.82 per cent higher at ₹228.65 on the BSE.
