Shares of Vascon Engineers will remain in focus on Monday, as its board of directors meets on Saturday to consider a rights issue. Details of the proposed rights issue, including the structure, issue price, entitlement ratio, fractional entitlement, date of book closure and record date will be discussed at the Saturday meeting. The board in October last year had approved the issue of equity shares on rights basis for up to ₹120 crore.
