The stock of Videocon Industries will remain in focus, as Shree Dhoot Trading and Agencies, the promoter group, has announced offer for sale of 18 lakh shares of Rs 10 each representing 0.6149 per cent of the equity share capital of the company. The OFS will be conducted through the seller’s broker on the separate windows provided by the BSE and the NSE on September 24. The company's share on Friday closed at Rs 177.20. Currently, the promoters hold 69.39 per cent stake in the company.
