The board of Vivimed Labs will meet on Thursday to consider and approve a proposal for issuance of warrants on preferential basis to the promoters/promoter group entities and other non-promoters of the company. The board will also consider a proposal to raise capital through QIP/ GDR/ ADR/ FCCB or other securities. Shareholders would be keen to know the quantum of funds the company plans to raise and the mode through which the pharma major would tap the market.
