Coal India was broadly firm in the markets on Wednesday morning. The share led the pack on the NSE as well, trading at Rs 388.40 as against Rs 383.50 at close yesterday. This was a gain of 1.28 per cent.
Wipro gained 0.77 per cent to trade at Rs 553 as against Rs 548.80 at close overnight.
NTPC rode up 0.76 per cent to quote at Rs 139 as against Rs 137.95 at close yesterday.
Reliance Industries gained 0.73 per cent at Rs 905.20 as against Rs 898.65 at close on Tuesday.
HDFC built gains of 0.58 per cent to trade at Rs 1,210.10. The share had close yesterday’s session at Rs 1,203.10.
