The board of Xelpmoc Design and Tech on Tuesday considered a proposal for investments in five companies in one or more tranches. The companies are Woovly India Private Ltd (₹33,330), Taxitop Media Private Ltd (₹20.76 lakh), Femmevista Technologies Private Ltd (₹12.23 lakh), Graphixstory Private Ltd (₹4.09 lakh) and Leadstart Publishing Private Ltd (₹2.985 crore). The deal is expected to be completed by September 2019 for the first four companies and by September 2021 for Leadstart Publishing. Shares of Xelpmoc Design closed at ₹70, up 0.50 per cent, on the BSE.
