Sundaram Finance Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.50 per share (45 per cent) on the post-bonus issue equity capital of Rs 111.10 crore.
In a notification, the company said the record date would be February 15 for the dividend payment to be made on February 22 to the shareholders.
