Shares of TCNS Clothing will be listed on the bourses on Monday. The company has set the issue price at ₹716 a share, the upper end of its price band of ₹714-716. The ₹1,125-crore initial public offering of TCNS Clothing was subscribed 5.22 times. The company had received bids for 5.74 crore shares compared to 1.099 crore shares on offer. Ahead of the IPO, it raised ₹340 crore through allotment of 47.3 lakh shares to anchor investors.
