The inter bank call rate ended lower at 6.3-6.4 per cent on Tuesday, against the previous close of 6.7-6.8 per cent. Under the first LAF conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, there were 40 bids for Rs 50,095 crore in the one-day repo auction.
In the reverse repo auction, there was 1 bid for Rs 650 crore. In the second LAF, there were 18 bids for Rs 19,180 crore in the repo auction. In the reverse repo auction, there was 1 bid for Rs 475 crore. In the CBLO auction, there were 754 trades for Rs 68,794.40 crore in the range of 5.99-6.6 per cent.
