The inter bank call rate ended lower at 6.2-6.3 per cent on Wednesday, against the previous close of 6.3-6.4 per cent. Under the first LAF conducted by the Reserve Bank of India, there were 24 bids for Rs 37,070 crore in the one-day repo auction.
In the reverse repo auction, there was 1 bid for Rs 750 crore. In the second LAF, there were 17 bids for Rs 25,060 crore in the repo auction. In the reverse repo auction, there was 1 bid for Rs 490 crore. In the CBLO auction, there were 698 trades for Rs 72,313.50 crore in the range of 6.16-6.35 per cent. —
