Corporation Bank has increased its base rate by 40 basis points and benchmark prime lending rate (BPLR) by 50 basis points with effect from August 1.
The bank informed the BSE on Saturday that the base rate for lending has been increased from 10.25 per cent to 10.65 per cent, and the benchmark prime lending rate from 14.5 per cent to 15 per cent with effect from August 1.
