Financial inclusion drive
Axis Bank on Wednesday launched its first rural financial inclusion initiative in West Bengal, according to a press release. The initiative launched at Pulbazar block of Darjeeling district will be through Samvriddhi Inclusive Growth Network acting as business correspondent. This is the bank's second such initiative in the country, the first being in Nasik district of Maharashtra, the release added.
