Karnataka Bank has opened its 268th ATM, at the Mangalore airport. A bank release said here on Friday that the new ATM was inaugurated by Mr Krishna J. Palemar, Karnataka Minister of Ports and Fisheries, in the presence of Mr M.R. Vasudeva, Airport Director of Mangalore Airport.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Jayarama Bhat, Managing Director of Karnataka Bank, said that the bank has 478 branches and 268 ATMs in the country. The total number of branches and ATMs will be taken to 500 and 325, respectively, during the current financial year, he added.
