SKS Microfinance Ltd is planning to charge a processing fee of 1 per cent (of the loan amount) on all micro loans offered across the country.
The credit shield insurance premium would be collected from the borrowers on actual basis without any administrative charges, the Hyderabad-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
