The UCO Bank Board has recommended increasing the dividend by an additional 60 paise a share after proposing one rupee a share on May 7. In a fresh notification to the BSE , the bank said, “With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 7 regarding audited financial results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, UCO Bank has now informed BSE that the Board recommended for increase of dividend from Rs 1 a share to Rs 1.60 a share .”
