City-based non-banking finance company (NBFC) Arman Financial Services Ltd registered net profit of Rs 6.16 crores for the financial year ended March 2015, against Rs 4.53 crores last year, the company informed.
Overall disbursement increased 22 per cent, from Rs 138 crores in 2013-14 to Rs 168 crores in 2014-15, the disbursement in microfinance business increased 35 per cent. Company’s net profit has been rising at 51 per cent CAGR since last five years, said the company, which provides microfinance to urban poor in two/three wheeler finance.
For the fiscal, the company registered revenues of Rs 30 crore against Rs 24 crores last year. Company's board of directors recommended 12 per cent dividend, which is 2 per cent more than last year’s 10 per cent.
