GIC Housing Finance reported a 24 per cent year-on-year (yoy) increase in third quarter net profit at ₹42 crore.
Revenue from operations was up 11 per cent y-o-y to ₹281 crore. Total expenditure increased 8.5 per cent to ₹217 crore. The company’s shares closed at ₹434.90 apeice, down 2.75 per cent over the previous close on the BSE on Tuesday.
