The Government may soon review its external commercial borrowings ceiling to help domestic firms borrow more from abroad.
"At the end of the month there is a meeting," Mr R. Gopalan, Economic Affairs Secretary, said, adding that the limit would have to be reviewed once it has been fully utilised.
