HDFC Asset Management has reported a 15 per cent increase in net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 at Rs 205.9 crore compared with Rs 179.8 crore in the same quarter last year.

Total revenues grew 13 per cent to Rs 515.3 crore (Rs 457.6 crore), the company said in a regulatory filing with the stock exchanges.

For the six-month period ended September 30,2018, HDFC Asset Management’s net profit was up 19 per cent at Rs 411.2 crore (Rs 344.4 crore). Total revenues grew 16 per cent to Rs 1016.4 crore (Rs 874.6 crore).

Total assets under management (AUM) grew 9 per cent on a year-on-year basis to Rs 2,92,600 crore as of September 30,2018. The company enjoys 13.3 per cent market share in total AUM across mutual funds.
