IDBI Bank’s board has approved the appointment of Samaresh Parida and N Jambunathan as Additional Directors with immediate effect. Parida, a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad, is the founder and CEO of SP Growth Consulting. Jambunathan holds a PG degree in statistics and is a career banker. He retired from State Bank of India as its Deputy Managing Director.
