PTC India Financial Services (PFS) has raised Rs 213.50 crore through issuance of non—convertible debentures, which would help increase its long—term resources.
International Finance Corp has subscribed to these debentures that are redeemable over a period of 10 years, PFS said in a statement today.
“PFS has raised money through issuance of non—convertible debentures (NCDs)—series 4 by way of private placement for Rs 213.50 crore,” it said.
According to PFS, the fund—raising would augment long—term resources and also help in lowering the cost of funds, it added.
