PNB Housing Finance reported a 58 per cent increase in third quarter net profit at ₹217 crore against ₹158 crore in the corresponding year-ago period. The company’s net non-performing assets (NPAs) rose marginally to 0.33 per cent as on December 31, 2017, from 0.27 per cent a year ago. Assets under management (AUM) rose 53 per cent to ₹57,668 crore as on December 31, 2017, from ₹37,745 crore a year ago. During the third quarter, net interest income rose 55 per cent year-on-year to ₹411 crore.
