Vijaya Bank distributed loans to transgenders at Haveri in Karnataka.
The loan distribution function was led by Bank’s MD & CEO Kishore Sansi. He handed over sanction letter to transgenders in the presence of Bank’s General Manager Govind Dongre and others.
The bank, in addition to providing vocational training to 19 transgenders, also provided financial assistance to them.
