There has been no further progress in the withdrawal of the monsoon this year, after the process began from west Rajasthan on Monday. However, the IMD has said that the conditions are becoming favourable for it to proceed in the coming days. The premium weather agency has also predicted rainfall in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and other regions in the South.
