The Supreme Court has given the Centre the liberty to finalise the auction of spectrum concluded yesterday.
The apex court has asked the Centre to inform all successful bidders that finalisation of auction is subject to the outcome of matters pending before it.
It has directed all successful bidders that they are under obligation to implead themselves in the matter before it and give their stand on affidavit.
Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi has told the apex court that auction for all bands across the country has raised Rs 1.09 lakh crore revenue.
