With the aim of bringing real estate and technology together, real estate consultant CBRE on Tuesday launched the first dedicated real estate technology centre in Gurugram to focus on the next generation real estate technology solutions.
“The Digital and Technology Centre will not only pioneer a new generation of best-in-class technology solutions to address the growing digitisation needs of the realty sector but also serve as a major drawcard for India’s digital talent,” said Anshuman Magazine, Chairman, CBRE, India and South East Asia.
Smart technologies that leverage mapping and data analytics will be supported at the centre, which will be CBRE’s primary software development centre in Asia Pacific.
For instance, CBRE 360 mobile app enabled platform, another initiative of the firm will help assess workforce requirements of each client and offer client-specific branding.
Chandra Dhandapani, Chief Digital and Technology Officer, CBRE, said, “The Digital and Technology Centre will serve as a catalyst for the development of next generation technologies that would help our clients achieve their aspirations through real estate.”
