Dabur India has launched ‘Glycodab’ tablets for management of diabetes in association with the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
Announcing this at a press conference, Marketing Head Durga Prasad Velidindi claimed that a clinical study of 1,000 patients had demonstrated that Glycodab (Ayush 82) helps reduce fasting and post-prandial blood sugar levels. Clinical improvement has been recorded after 24 weeks of treatment.
“The tablets have to be taken twice a day by pre-diabetics with sugar levels of 200 under medical supervision,’’ he said.
