Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) will offer a three-day Executive Education Programme on ‘Managing and Sustaining Hospital Growth’ for senior executives in the healthcare sector from July 16.
S Raghunath, programme director, IIMB, said, “Managing hospital growth involves an unwavering focus on patient experience. This in turn requires a thorough understanding of who the hospital customer is and how to customise and optimise hospital offerings.”
The course is targeted at CEOs, COOs, senior hospital administrators, marketing directors of healthcare companies and not-for-profit organisations. The programme is being offered by faculty members from IIMB and Cleveland State University.
“The programme will provide critical insights into setting patient-centered growth strategies that include managing both internal and external publics. Active learning of critical concepts such as customer orientation, integrated marketing communications and branding strategies will be encouraged,” Raghunath said.
