After establishing its Centre of Excellence in a number of colleges across Andhra Pradesh, TalentSprint has entered Tamil Nadu for replicating this exercise.
The company inked an agreement with Ayyan Thiruvalluvar College of Arts and Science at Puliyampatti in Avinashi near Coimbatore early this week, by setting up its Centre of Excellence at the institution.
Commenting on this initiative, Santanu Paul, Managing Director and Chief Executive, TalentSprint, said such Centres of Excellence were being established to create a supply of certified industry professionals by the time they graduate. “The need of the hour is in building a pool of ready-to-deploy talent in the industry,” Paul said.
Training
The company has undertaken to train over five lakh freshers for jobs in IT and banking sector by 2020 as a partner of the National Skill Development Corporation.
The Secretary of Ayyan Thiruvalluvar College Dinesh Ramasamy said through this association, the institution aimed to have 500 students readily employable in the next few years
The company according to Paul trained over 10,000 professionals till date. It has training centres located in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai.
