Ezi Drive, a mobile app that facilitates hiring of drivers and cabs via the same app, has been launched in Chennai and Bengaluru.
Ezi Drive is an online booking and automatic SMS confirmation facility provider for on-demand driver services, a statement from the company said.
It has a customer base of over 1 lakh and has on board 800 drivers and a hundred cab operators. Ram Prasath, Founder & CEO, said the Ezi Drive app offers real time tracking of drivers and cabs, cashless payment facility, and direct email interface with the top management, besides an SOS feature.
As a quality control measure, Ezi Drive allows customers to rate the driver at the end of a trip ride. If the rating drops below set standard, the driver can be exited out the system.
