Supreme Court on April 24 is set to hear the response of the lawyer who claims conspiracy against Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi of sexual harassment. Lawyer Utsav Singh Bains claims that he was offered Rs 1.5 crore to represent former Apex Court women employee and arrange a presser against the CJI at the Press Club of India.
The Madras High Court’s Madurai bench is set to hear the TikTok case on April 24. The court will hear the plea by TikTok seeking vacating of its ban order. According to Supreme Court, if the High Court fails to decide on the plea, then the ban order will stand vacated. TikTok application is unofficially banned from download in India.
