P resident Pranab Mukherjee is to inaugurate the India International Trade Fair (IITF), 2015, in New Delhi on Saturday. About 7,000 firms from India and abroad are expected to participate in the event, the theme of which is 'Make in India'. The fair is a flagship event of the India Trade Promotion Organisation.
T he formal process of government formation in Bihar begins on Saturday with the state Cabinet meeting and recommending the dissolution of the present House. A legislature party meet of the grand secular alliance will be held in the afternoon to elect a new leader and decide the date and venue for the oath-taking ceremony. After Saturday's legislature party meeting, the alliance would formally stake a claim to forming the government.

T he tenth annual meeting of the G-20 heads of government begins in Turkey on Sunday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the two-day meeting to be held in the city of Antalya.
E ffective Sunday, the Government will levy a Swachh Bharat Cess on all services that are taxed. The cess will be levied at the rate of 0.5 per cent. The Finance Ministry has said it will have only marginal impact on consumer prices, "translating into a tax of 50 paisa on every Rs 100 worth of taxable services".
