Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi is likely to visit the flood-affected parts of Chennai today. Torrential rains have left at least 245 people dead since October 1. Rahul will also meet party State leaders.

Google is expected to make a watershed quantum computing announcement on Tuesday. Google earlier this year entered a new deal with NASA and D-WAVE to continue its research in quantum computing. D-WAVE is a pioneer quantum computing company.
