The Supreme Court will continue hearing the call-drop case today, in an appeal by telecom operators against a Delhi High Court order over compensation for call drops. The HC had upheld TRAI’s decision for a compensation of ₹1 for call drops. The apex court also asked telcos to make sure call drop rates had not exceeded the 2 per cent threshold.

Team India, in form now, will take on a spirited New Zealand in their campaign-opener of the World Twenty20 tournament in Nagpur today. No host country has won the T20 world title in the last five editions of the sporting gala.

Lenovo will launch its Vibe K5 Plus today. The Vibe K5 Plus was launched at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in February. The Vibe K5 Plus is called KnockOut smartphone by the company and features a metal unibody design.
