The Congress is likely to announce its first list of candidates for the Himachal Pradesh Assembly polls. It has named Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh as head of the party’s campaign committee for the November 9 polls, replacing State Congress chief Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu.

Non-banking financial company MAS Financial Services will list on the bourses. The ₹460-crore initial public offer that concluded last week was subscribed 128 times. The company had fixed the price band at ₹456-459 per share for the IPO.
