Sheela Foam is set to list its shares in BSE and NSE today. The Sleepwell mattresses maker has fixed the price band between Rs 680-730. The Rs 510-cr IPO was oversubscribed 5.09 times on December 1 and Edelweiss Financial Services and ICICI Securities are the book running lead managers to the issue.

The Supreme Court will be hearing all the pleas on demonetisation on Friday. The apex court will be hearing matters related to measures taken by Centre to ease suffering of people and the inconvenience caused to common man. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 8 demonetised the Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes in order to curb corruption and black money.

The iconic camera company Kodak will launch its new smartphone Kodak Ektra in Germany today. The smartphone that was unveiled in October is priced EUR 499. The smartphone will be featuring camera lens at the back and have DSLR like modes and functions. Its arrival date and price in India is not known.

The 21st International Film Festival of Kerala will begin from today. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the event at 6 pm. Over 180 Indian and international films will be screened throughout the event that runs till December 16.

Supreme Court will hear the matter relating to BCCI’s reluctance to implement Lodha panel recommendations today. Lodha panel had recommended disqualification of BCCI office bearers as they do not meet the eligibility criteria. It also suggested the appointment of G K Pillai as observer.
