G Square has aggregated land for tyre manufacturer CEAT’s greenfield project near Chennai. According to a G Square press release, it aggregated 163 acres in three months in Sriperumbudur Taluk to the west of Chennai in Kanchipuram District. G Square Group has aggregated land for some of the leading manufacturers, including JK Tyres, Murugappa Group’s cycle factory, ELGI Rubber Factory and a range of township-scale residential projects, the release said.
