Integrated marketing company Gozoop said on Friday it had acquired the Mumbai-based real-time marketing agency HAT Media recently.
HAT Media manages Mumbai Police’s Twitter handle @MumbaiPolice and other government initiatives and organisations.
With this acquisition, HAT Media’s clients will be consolidated within Gozoop . HAT Media’s founder Sunchika Pandey will head the Citizen Initiatives and Government Organisation division of Gozoop as the Group Director.
This is Gozoop’s fourth acquisition after Red Digital, a social media agency (2013), iThink, a technology development enterprise (2014) and 56 Blue Lights, an event activation agency (2016), said Ahmed Aftab Naqvi, CEO and Co-Founder, Gozoop.
